Cherry Hill, NJ – Advocare Pediatric Urgent Care, in affiliation with Nemours duPont Pediatrics, has opened at Nemours’ Cherry Hill location, 325 Marlton Pike East. To commemorate the opening, Advocare and Nemours held a “ribbon cutting” reception in celebration of this new affiliation.
On June 19, 2018, Nemours duPont Pediatrics opened its Cherry Hill location. The 10,000 square foot facility provides southern New Jersey families more convenient access to 16 pediatric specialties as well as therapy services and x-ray services. With the addition of Advocare Pediatric Urgent Care, we can offer families access to care on nights and weekends, including on-site x-rays, EKGs and some lab testing, for injuries and conditions that do not require a trip to an emergency department. Everything from asthma flare-ups, colds, rashes, and flu to fever, pinkeye, burns and minor broken bones. Same-day reports to a child’s primary care physician will optimize continuity of care.
“This Cherry Hill location, coupled with our location in Deptford, gives South Jersey families access to comprehensive services including outpatient surgery and MRI,” said Pauline Corso, Operational Vice President of Nemours Children’s Health System and Chief Operating Officer of the Physician Network in the Delaware Valley. “Now, with the addition of Advocare Pediatric Urgent Care, these same families are afforded an even greater complement of services. Parents will find comfort in knowing that they have access to pediatric care on nights, weekends and holidays for injuries and other conditions that don’t require a trip to a hospital Emergency Department.”

Urgent care hours will be Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and weekends 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; all walk-in, no appointment needed.
Staffing will include Advocare board-certified pediatricians and Nemours nurses and medical assistants. Clinical oversight for Advocare Pediatric Urgent Care will be provided by Nemours physician, Magdy Attia, MD, Division Chief of Urgent Care, Emergency Services.
