Nemours Children’s “Well Beyond Medicine” Podcast Celebrates One-Year Podiversary

Award-winning podcast ignites conversations to create the healthiest generations of children

WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 4, 2024) – Well Beyond Medicine: the Nemours Children’s Health Podcast is proud to celebrate its one-year podiversary. The award-winning podcast explores people, programs and partnerships nationally that address holistic children’s health. The podcast ranks in the top 1% of all podcasts globally, according to podcast hosting platform Buzzsprout.

Acclaimed podcast host Carol Vassar cultivates engaging discussions with health and government leaders, community advocates, policy experts, clinicians, innovators and leading researchers. Conversations feature various sectors of society to better facilitate understanding of the conditions outside of the clinical setting that significantly impact the health of children.

The podcast is the #1 ranked children’s hospital podcast on Apple’s Medicine & Health and Fitness charts. The podcast was also honored by the Public Relations Society of America with a 2024 Bronze Anvil Award for Excellence in Podcasts.
