WILMINGTON, DEL. (January 19, 2023) – Nemours Children’s Health today announced that it has acquired the Ardmore, Pa.-based primary care practice of Madeleine C. Weiser MD & Associates, which officially became Nemours Children’s Health, Ardmore on January 1.

The practice’s office location will remain at 233 East Lancaster Avenue, Suite 300 in Ardmore with the same hours of operation and continued availability for same-day appointments and, eventually, Saturday visits. With a commitment to whole child health, Nemours Children’s will bring additional population health support to the Ardmore location, including access to care coordination and social work expertise.

“Nemours Children’s Health has been dedicated to serving the patients and families of southeastern Pennsylvania for more than 25 years,” said Karen Wilding, Vice President, Chief Value Officer, Nemours Children’s Health. “We are thrilled to bring the clinical expertise and experience of doctors Weiser, Hoffman, and Henci into our Primary Care Network. The new Ardmore location illustrates our ongoing commitment to ensure even more children from across the region have access to Nemours Children’s resources and high-quality of care.”

She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She has also been a member of Main Line Health for over 40 years.

“I made the decision to join Nemours Children’s because they are a trusted, nationally respected non-profit children’s health system recognized for their exceptional pediatric health care, research, and education,” said Dr. Weiser. “Our practice will become part of a strong primary care network exclusively dedicated to creating the healthiest generations of children.”
