Holidays are a busy travel time for families. There’s a lot of excitement about visiting relatives or traveling to new destinations. But sick kids can put a damper on travel. “Some of the top challenges that kids face during the holiday season can include respiratory illnesses, gastrointestinal infections, sleep disruptions, dietary imbalance and travel fatigue,” says Robert Snyder, MD, Chief of Florida Primary Care for Nemours Children’s Health.
