Wilmington, Del. (March 11, 2024) —Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware Valley today announced the opening of a new, 43,000-square-foot specialty care and ambulatory surgical center in Malvern, Pennsylvania. With the addition of Nemours Children’s Health, Malvern, Nemours now operates five specialty care sites in southeast Pennsylvania, providing residents new, closer-to-home options for nationally recognized outpatient specialty, diagnostic and surgical care.

The Malvern site offers patients and families access to 18 medical and surgical specialties including a concussion program, onsite imaging, developmental medicine specialists, a sleep center, and a surgery center where Nemours Children’s surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses will perform a range of procedures, such as endoscopies and colonoscopies. In addition, Malvern will offer physical, occupational and speech therapies.
The new site at Malvern has been designed with children’s comfort in mind, providing a welcoming, calm environment to enhance the overall health care experience. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies to ensure cutting-edge and effective care. Staffed by a team of skilled health care professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient and family-centered care, Nemours Children’s Health, Malvern will collaborate directly with Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware to provide a comprehensive and personalized care plan for each patient.
Along with providing a range of specialized medical services, a key feature of this new center is its convenient location. Located in Uptown Worthington, Malvern, the center aims to make health care more accessible to the communities of southeast Pennsylvania.
