Nemours Children’s Health System Launches COVID-19 Donation Webpage

WILMINGTON, Del. (March 30, 2020) –In response to our communities outpouring of support to help during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nemours Children’s Health System has set up the Nemours.org/covid19donations webpage, which lists items of need across the health system, as well as details on donation drop-off locations.

Additionally, Nemours has set up a Community Response Fund, which will accept financial donations to help address important needs that our organization, including our patients and associates, are facing at this time.

“The support of our community is what makes it possible for us to ensure the best possible care for the children who rely on us every single day,” says Cindy Bo, Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children who has been working with a cross-section of Nemours Associates to coordinate these donation efforts. “It’s no surprise that during this difficult and uncertain time, our friends and families in the communities we serve are reaching out to help. Any donation is so appreciated, and we thank you.”
